This is a Special Release from the management of NIGER DELTA UNIVERSITY
Following the declaration of strike by Academic Staf Union of University, (ASUU) NDU Chapter, the University Administration at it's 467th meeting held on Friday April 2016, 2016. Suspended all academic activities for the 2015/2016 academic session from today
Consequently the on-going first semester examination and the matriculation ceremony scheduled to hold on Saturday, April 30, 2016 has been postponed indefinitely
Sequel to the strike, students are requested to vacate the hostels with effect from Friday 29 - Saturday April 30, 2016
Resumption of lectures will be announced when the strike is called off.
Note: Pre-Degree and Basic programmes are not affected by the strike.
