Photos: UNIPORT Students Protest Over School Fees Hike & Removal Of Vice Chancellor

Information reaching us confirms that the students of UNIPORT has staged a protest this morning over the hike in school feess and also a new policy method which states that if students don’t pay there fees they would be forced to repeat a whole section  Exams which is billed to start today have been put to a stand still due to the on going protest.
According to the Vice Chancellor of the institution, Prof Lale Ndowa had made a comment regarding not letting students who have not paid their school fees participate in the 2015/2016 first semester exam.
According to him, students who have not register for their courses online and have not paid their school fees will be deregistered for the first semester examination and this automatically means that these students will have an automatic carry over in the courses they failed to sit for. Many students don’t think this is a good idea since it may trigger an extra year and extra stress to the affected persons. Below are the exclusive photos from the Ongoing protest at Uniport.
