What this means is that no more admission posting of students as earlier announced by the Joint Admission Matriculation Board [JAMB] not also that the body itself have also stepped down concerning any issues in 2016 admission exercise, [seems the Association Of All Nigerian Vice Chancellors has dealt with them.]
According to Fabian he said that all Nigerian varsities can now conduct examination as they wish and also admit students based on the students eligibility.
Students on their own now can apply to their school of choice if they reached the required school cutoff mark, no more restriction of any kind. The restriction you might get might be if you choose a school as 2nd choice and they are not choosing those who choose them as 2nd, but otherwise you are good to go.
