This is to invite all UTME candidates who made School of Health Information Management, Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi - Araba, their First/Second Choice Institution in the 2016 UTME and those who may wish to change their course to Health Information Management with five (5) O'Level credits in relevant subjects at not more than two sittings to the Post-UTME Screening for 2016/2017 Admission exercise scheduled to hold as follows:

Date: Thursday, 30th September, 2016

Venue: LUTH Auditorium

Time: 10.00am

In addition to the above, all applicants must know that final admission into the School shall be based on the JAMB-UTME approved cut-off mark of 180 for Universities, Polytechnics, Monotechnics and Colleges of Education in the 2016/2017 Academic Session.

Method of application:

Interested candidates are to apply for admission form with the sum of N2,500.00 (Two thousand, five hundred naira) only, in e-payment payable to Lagos University Teaching Hospital. The receipt of payment should be forwarded to:
